Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Polene provides a prepaid return label at a preferential rate, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The return fee is €9 for France and, for other countries, it matches the initial shipping cost applied to the order. Customers have 30 days from the receipt of their order to initiate a return. To ensure a smooth process, the bag must not show any signs of wear; otherwise, the return may be refused. Returns must be registered through the Returns Center. It's important to note that Polene does not offer complimentary returns, and online orders cannot be returned in-store.
