The brand kindly requests that returns be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order and that items be in new, unused condition. It's important to note that consumable products such as e-Juices, e-Liquids, disposable pod devices, cartridges, coils, standard batteries, clearomizers, wicks, wire, cotton, tanks, and atomizers are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. In cases where a wrong or faulty item is received, Provape will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover the shipping costs. Refunds are typically issued within 48 business hours after the returned item is received. For returns made for other reasons, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
