Shipping Policy

Raleigh Denim offers free shipping via FedEx ground, UPS, or USPS for all domestic orders over $250. For orders under $250, a flat rate of $6.95 applies with UPS or USPS. Expedited shipping is available for a $50 flat rate through USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS Next Day Air. The brand processes orders within one business day and provides shipping insurance to cover damage, loss, or theft during transit. Currently, Raleigh Denim does not offer international shipping.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Raleigh Denim accepts returns and exchanges on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. To ensure a smooth process, the brand kindly requests that returns be postmarked within this timeframe; otherwise, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund. A handling fee of $8 is charged for both returns and exchanges, including those resulting in store credit. Please note that final sale items, such as those from the Last Call Sale, 1/1 Collection, Auction, and End of Decade sale, are not eligible for return. Additionally, Raleigh Denim only processes returns and exchanges for goods purchased directly from the brand. For orders placed with the Black Friday code BFCM2024, exchanges are accepted through January 7th, 2025, but returns are not permitted.
