RAVPower ensures that all returns are processed with an RMA number. For assistance, customers can contact their reseller or reach out to support@ravpower.com. The brand offers a 30-day return policy, and it's important that all accessories and the original packaging are included in the return. Upon receiving the return package, RAVPower will process refunds and replacements. Refunds for delivery and return shipping costs are only provided in cases of quality issues. The RMA is valid for 30 days from the date it was created. While returns from overseas are not accepted if the customer took the product there, RAVPower does accept returns for a refund if the product was shipped there by the brand.
