Renude understands that sometimes a change of mind happens, and the brand is happy to accept returns if a request is received within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed as store credit for future purchases, and shipping costs are not refunded. For warranty claims, customers need to submit their requests within 90 days of receipt. While customers pre-pay for return shipping, they will be reimbursed upon a successful warranty claim. Warranty claims are processed within 7 days, offering the choice of a refund to the original payment method or store credit.
