Restore Patch values its customers' satisfaction and offers a 60-day return or refund policy from the initial purchase date. For returns outside this period, the brand may offer store credit at their discretion. Before sending any product back, it's recommended to contact customer service. When returning an item, include a note with your order ID and contact information in the package. Refunds are typically processed within 30 days of receiving the request. Please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges. If needed, Restore Patch can provide a return label, but the fee will be deducted from the refund.
