Within the U.S., Revomadic uses USPS, FedEx, andor UPS, depending on warehouse stock. For orders placed outside the States, the brand relies on the local postal service, such as Royal Mail, Canada Post, and Australia Post, to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
Return Policy & Exchange Policy
Revomadic's standard return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since the merchandise was received, the brand generally cannot offer a refund or exchange. The return period begins on the day you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, take possession of the goods, provided that one or more items were ordered as part of a single order and delivered uniformly. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Revomadic (info@revomadic.com) with a clear statement, such as an email, expressing the decision to withdraw from the contract. If customs duties are incurred due to the return shipment, they must be paid directly by the contracting party. If this is not possible, the customs duties will be deducted from the refund amount.
