Sanrio happily accepts returns of current merchandise in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt, unless otherwise noted. However, discounted merchandise, pierced earrings, body piercing jewelry, intimate apparel, customized products, gift sets marked as final sale, and any damaged, used, or worn products, including their packaging, cannot be returned. Should any of these items arrive damaged or defective, customers are encouraged to refer to the 'Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Merchandise' section. Once Sanrio receives the returned items, refunds are typically issued within 7 days.
