After your purchase, SantaFixie offers a 30-day period for you to decide whether to keep your bike. If during this time, you conclude that the bike isn't right for you, simply return it in its original packaging, unused and unmounted, and the brand will refund the purchase price, provided the bike arrives in perfect condition. Once the 30 days have expired, a refund will no longer be available. Additionally, from the date of receipt, there's a 12-month manufacturing warranty covering repairs or replacements if the issue is due to a manufacturing or material defect.
