Return Policy & Exchange Policy
Saranoni offers a full refund for items purchased through their website within 30 days of the purchase date. For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, with all tags and bows still attached, and from a smoke-free environment. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless package protection and free returns were added at checkout. Refunds do not include the original shipping costs. Custom items, such as those with embroidery, are not eligible for exchange or refund unless there is a manufacturer's defect or an error in the embroidery. Saranoni also provides a one-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship.
