Return Policy & Exchange Policy

ScrapbookPal offers a 30-day return policy, ensuring that customers can shop with confidence. For return instructions and an RMA number, simply email the brand with the product details and order number. Upon receiving the returned items, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. It's important to note that shipping costs are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and received by ScrapbookPal within 30 days of the shipment date. Open stock items, such as individual pens, Copic Markers, Liquid Pearls, and Stickles, as well as clearance items, cannot be returned. Additionally, exchanges are not available. If a product is defective, customers should contact ScrapbookPal within 14 days of receiving their order via email.
