Shimoda makes returning an item a breeze. Simply log into the My Account page, then click on the Return Items link to the right of your order number and follow the instructions. A return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Should you not receive the label after 24 hours, feel free to email consumerorders@macgroupus.com and include your order number. For international returns, use your preferred carrier like UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and remember that you are responsible for the shipping costs. Once the return is received and processed, the brand will issue your credit.
