Return Policy & Exchange Policy

At Short Par 4, all sales are final. Should a customer receive an incorrect or damaged item, the brand offers exchanges through the Mulligan Process. For an exchange to be valid, the item must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. The brand does not accept exchanges for visibly worn or damaged items after the initial shipment. Both returns and exchanges can only be processed through the Short Par 4 Mulligan Portal and are exclusively available to members within the USA. It's important to note that this policy does not apply to international customers, for whom sales are final.
