The brand strives to ship orders placed before 12:00pm PST on the same business day, excluding pre-order items. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST usually ship the next business day, also not including pre-order items.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

To initiate a return, customers can email care@simplyorganicbamboo.com, and Simply Organic Bamboo will send a return label. The cost of return shipping is covered by the customers. If returns are received more than 60 days after the order delivery date, they will only be eligible for store credit. It's important to note that clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. The 30-Night Sleep Trial applies only to the first USA order, and only one washed or used product can be returned under this trial.
