Skin Beauty ensures that all returns include the original packaging and proof of purchase. Heat-sensitive, perishable items, and vitamins are not eligible for return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping postage unless the return results from a company error. Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from Skin Beauty, and it may take up to two weeks to process them. Once processed, a refund or in-store credit will be issued.
