To return an item, customers can email sales@sleeknail.com and let Sleek Nail know the reason for the return. Prior authorization is necessary for all returns. Once returned, items are issued store credit that can be used toward the next purchase. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges. All returned products undergo inspection, and if they are found to be used, damaged, or tampered with, they will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds are provided as store credit. In the case of defective items, after a review, a refund may be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns, with store credit being issued for the exchange. Customers are also responsible for any additional shipping charges that may apply.
