Return Policy & Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your new Smith & Bradley Watch, the brand invites you to return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving it. The watch must be in new, unworn, and unaltered condition, and it should come in its original packaging with all original contents. Please ensure the watch was purchased from service@sbwatch.com, and include the original sales receipt. When returning the watch, send it to the address provided and share the tracking details with service@sbwatch.com once it's on its way. To start the exchange or refund process, simply email service@sbwatch.com with "RETURN" in the subject line. Smith & Bradley reserves the right to reject requests for exchanges or refunds if the watch shows visible wear or any condition other than "new" and"unworn" as specified in the policy.
