Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Snuzpod offers a 30-day return period policy, starting the day after you receive your item. To initiate a return, simply email hello@snuz.com with your proof of purchase. The item should be in new and unused condition, with its original packaging if possible, unless it's faulty. Please note that Snuzpod does not cover the cost of return shipping. If you suspect a product is faulty, reach out right away with a description and photo. Should the item be unused and purchased within the last six months, and upon confirmation of the fault, you will be eligible for a full refund. For goods proven to be faulty that have been used or purchased after six months, Snuzpod will offer a free exchange.
