Spindle Mattress offers free FedEx Ground shipping for any latex mattress or accessory to the contiguous 48 United States, excluding U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes. The brand does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. With mattresses shipping from Arizona, customers can expect to receive their order within two to three weeks after placing it, with shipping typically occurring within 7 to 14 days. A tracking number is provided upon shipment.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Spindle Mattress accepts returns or exchanges for any three-inch latex layer or foundation that arrives damaged or if the wrong item is shipped, provided that the brand is notified via email within 30 days of receipt. Unopened items in their original packaging can also be returned within 30 days, with the customer covering the return shipping costs. After inspecting the returned items, Spindle Mattress issues a full refund. When it comes to mattresses, Spindle Mattress provides a refund after receiving proof of donation to a charity or shelter and confirmation that the mattress has been removed from the home.
