Typically, most purchases dispatched from their warehouses reach customers within 5-7 business days. Orders placed before noon EST, Monday through Friday, are shipped on the same day. It's worth noting that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, even if a return is made.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Stein Mart refunds returns in the form of online store credit, which can be redeemed at Steinmart.com, as long as items are returned in full accordance with the Return Policy.
