Stella Blue Coffee offers flat rate shipping to the Contiguous US, with costs based on the weight of items. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery. Subscription orders always ship free of charge. Most in-stock orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F), unless otherwise stated. The brand does not offer international or expedited shipping. Orders received after 2 pm EST will begin processing the next business day, and those placed on Saturday or Sunday will start processing on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.
At Stella Blue Coffee, customers can return bags of coffee for an equal exchange of the same blend or a similar one of equal or lesser value within 14 days of purchase if there is physical damage or it is unsafe to consume. The products must be unused, in their original damaged condition, and in the original packaging. To submit a return request, simply email help@stellabluecoffee.com. A return shipping fee of $5.00 will be deducted from the refund, and no refunds are provided for shipping fees. For apparel and accessories, returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase for store credit, refund, or replacement, unless otherwise noted. However, coffee (grounds, beans, pods), subscribe & save orders, Coffee Club orders, sale items, items that ship directly from the manufacturer, and on-demand items are final sale and not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
