Succulents Box ensures that all shipping is done via the United States Postal Service, covering the United States and its outlying territories. Due to agricultural regulations, international shipping is not available. The brand takes care to pack each product by hand, with most plants being shipped bare-root or in their original plastic pots with soil. Orders are dispatched from Monday through Friday. For those who love a good deal, free shipping is provided for orders of $49 or more.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Succulents Box offers full refunds for tools and pots orders if they are returned undamaged within 14 days of delivery, though the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. For plant orders, returns are not accepted, but the brand is happy to provide refunds or replacements if the plants arrive damaged. Customers should contact support@succulentsbox.com within a week of arrival with photos to receive assistance.
