During delivery, the boxes are usually removed from the pallet on the truck and can be carried into your home or business individually by hand. The freight company will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time, and having two people available to handle the boxes is recommended. With standard delivery, the driver is not responsible for removing the boxes from the truck.
