Superga welcomes returns of items in their original, unworn condition within 30 days from the delivery date. The brand cannot accept returns received after this period. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be unused, with the original manufacturer's tags still attached, and in their original condition. Used, damaged, dirty, or items not purchased from Superga are not eligible for a refund. If there are any issues with the product upon receipt, customers are encouraged to contact info@superga-usa.com before returning the item. When returning an item, please include your name, original shipping address, phone number, and order number, along with the reason for the return to ensure it is processed appropriately. Superga recommends using a traceable service such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail for shipping the package. If the brand provides a return shipping label, $6.95 will be deducted from the refund.
