Unopened packages from Tayst Coffee can be returned for a partial credit, with the exception of introductory boxes and glassware. To initiate a return, the box should be shipped to the address provided on the return label using any preferred shipping service. Upon arrival at the warehouse and after inspection, Tayst Coffee will process a refund for the coffee's price, minus the cost of shipping. A $5 restocking fee applies to returns, but this fee is waived for the first box returned. To ensure the credit is applied to the correct account, it's important to write the order number clearly on the box.
