Terra Thread welcomes the return of unused products in new condition, with hang tags still attached, within 14 days from the date the order was received. For returns postmarked after this period, no refund will be issued. It's important to note that apparel, including t-shirts and hoodies, is a final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. The brand does not cover return shipping costs. After sending the item, customers are encouraged to email terrathread@terrathread.com with their order number, tracking number, and reason for the return.
