To start a return, customers can reach out to The Foldie Bag at support@the-foldie.com. The brand kindly asks that returns be initiated within 60 days of receipt. Items should be unused, with all original tags attached and include all components. A handling and inspection fee, which is $8 or $10 per item depending on the page, will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of processing. For BOGO deals, both items must be returned together. If an item is broken or defective, The Foldie Bag invites customers to contact support@the-foldie.com for a refund or replacement. Exchanges during BOGO promotions require reaching out to support@the-foldie.com for assistance.
