The Space Store ships packages every business day and offers worldwide shipping via US Postal and UPS. The brand passes on its discounted rates for these services to customers, with international US Postal rates set 20% below the standard. For international shipments, customs, duties, or taxes may be added to the order, and the recipient is responsible for these additional costs.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, customers need to return the product within 30 calendar days of receiving it. The product must be in the same condition as when received and undamaged in any way. Once the item is received, The Space Store's team of professionals will inspect it and process the refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
