TheTouchPoint Solution invites customers to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) by submitting the return-for-refund form. Upon receiving the request, the Customer Service team at TheTouchPoint Solution will promptly issue an RMA number and provide detailed return instructions. It's important to note that refunds cannot be processed for orders returned without an RMA. Additionally, TheTouchPoint Solution offers a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, which covers all manufacturer's defects from the date of purchase. However, user-related damages or loss are not covered under the warranty.
