thinksun offers free shipping on all purchases over $45. Most orders, processed and shipped via Standard Service in 1-2 business days, depend on product availability. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Purchases from thinksun can only be billed and shipped within the United States. Orders with a PO Box will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

To qualify for a return at thinksun, products must be new and unused and returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Proof of purchase or a receipt is required. For returns from think.com, customers should email info@gothink.com with their proof of purchase, product details, reason for the return, and their preference for a refund or replacement. The customer is responsible for shipping the returns, and any returns not sent to the provided address will not be processed.
