Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Throtl ensures that all returns are initialized within 30 days from the purchase date. The brand welcomes return requests for fulfilled orders or line items, as long as the product comes back in a new, unused, and sellable condition, complete with all original packaging. Should the product show signs of installation or any undisclosed damage, Throtl reserves the right to deny the return, and the customer will bear any additional costs, including shipping. After receiving approval and an RMA number, all returns must be sent to the original shipping address. Shipping without prior approval may lead to unnecessary expenses, which the customer will be responsible for.
