TOMO accepts returns within the U.S. only, and items must be in perfect sellable condition, unused, with all original packaging. For return instructions, customers can email support@tomobottle.com. The brand offers refunds for faulty products or wrong items sent, but does not grant refunds for incorrect size, color, or quantity ordered by the customer. Once the return is received and inspected, TOMO will notify the customer via email whether the return has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a few days, depending on the bank.
