Should you need to return an item, toty invites you to contact their Customer Service at 1-800-448-1412 to request an RMA number. The brand kindly asks that you carefully repackage the item, write the RMA number on the outside of the return package, and enclose the order packing slip. If the original packing slip is not available, toty suggests including a document with your name, address, and phone number in the return package. For the fastest service, toty recommends calling Customer Service to request a Fast Exchange RMA number. The brand will immediately place your new order and charge your credit card for the total amount of the new item, plus shipping and handling, and any applicable taxes. Upon receiving the returned item, toty will refund the amount of the originally ordered item using the same payment method. Your replacement item usually ships within 2-3 business days, except for drop-shipped items, which take 4-6 weeks.
