Transtape's Returns, Exchanges, and Issues Policy offers 30 days for returning an item purchased online, provided you have a valid receipt. After 30 days from the delivery date, the brand cannot provide a refund or exchange. Any issues with your order, such as missing items or product problems, must be reported within 30 days of delivery. For a refund or exchange, the goods need to be in a re-saleable condition: unused, in the same condition as when received, and in the original, unopened packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. While exchanges are not available, you can return an item for a refund and place a new order. If you change your mind or cancel an order after fulfillment has begun, store credit will be issued.
