TUT Trainer accepts returns for unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase, provided there is a receipt or proof of purchase. For opened items returned within the same period, the brand applies a 20% restocking fee. The customer covers the return shipping costs. It's important to note that products sent back without a prior RMA code will not be accepted.
