Urban Sophistication offers free domestic shipping on orders over $75. The brand currently provides standard international shipping, which may take up to 15 business days. For some countries, express international shipping is also available. Urban Sophistication does not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive the tracking number via email.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Urban Sophistication kindly asks that return requests be made within 10 days of delivery. To initiate a return, reach out to hello@urbansophistication.com with your order number, reason for the return, and images of the items in their original packaging. Once approved, the brand will provide the return address. Please note, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees, which are non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Unauthorized returns not approved by customer service won't be eligible for compensation.
