If only a PO Box is available, USPS Parcel Post will be used, and FedEx Ground charges will apply.

Utrecht Art offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, providing a full replacement or refund of the merchandise value up to one year from the time of purchase. For returns, items must be sent back within 30 days of receipt and in their original packaging, ensuring they are in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for return freight unless the item is damaged or incorrect, in which case, notification within 30 days is required. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee applies to merchandise valued at $300 or more that has been correctly shipped and remains undamaged.
