Wigfever offers a 15-day no-reason return policy. For all returns or exchanges, the brand kindly requests that customers first confirm with customer service and provide pictures of the items. To ensure a smooth process, it's important that the items are unwashed, uncolored, unironed, and uncut, and preferably have all original tags attached. Wigfever also provides one free exchange for all US orders on eligible products within 15 days from the delivery date. Before returning any items, please contact customer service to avoid any issues. Refunds for items returned without prior contact with customer service cannot be guaranteed.
