For any return inquiries, simply reach out to the brand at contact@willworkjewelry.com with your order number. It's important to note that buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and it's highly recommended to purchase insurance when returning items. If the item is not returned in its original condition or gets lost during transit, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. Upon return, a handcrafted fee, which ranges from 20% to 30% of the item's price, and the shipping fee will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded within five business days.
