For personalized items, if an order exceeds 24 hours, Woohops does not accept cancellations or refunds. If a design change is needed, kindly reach out to support@woohops.com. A fee for order modification and re-production may apply. The brand's policy lasts 30 days, and if 30 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately, a refund or exchange cannot be offered. Woohops accepts returns on products shipped by the brand, and if the item is faulty due to an error on their end, such as the wrong item or a low-quality product. Items must be returned with proof of purchase. Once a return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify the customer that the returned item has been received. Notification regarding the approval or rejection of the refund will also be provided.
