Woot understands that sometimes purchases don't work out, and that's why most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For those lucky enough to qualify for a Fast Refund, the brand processes the refund just one business day after the package is dropped off with the carrier. If an order doesn't meet the Fast Refund criteria, Woot ensures the refund is processed within 3-5 business days once the item arrives at the warehouse. When returning an undamaged and non-defective item, the prepaid return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. To receive a full refund, apparel and shoes need to be in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging. It's important to note that products altered, resized, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted for return.
