Should the package not reach its destination within 60 calendar days of payment, the brand is committed to providing a full refund. Additionally, all replacement and warranty shipments are sent from China using E-post, which usually takes about 45-60 days. For customers seeking faster delivery, DHL/Fedex options are available for an additional fee.
