The Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) has $1.5 million in funding available for residents looking to install Level 2 charging stations. Eligible Maryland residents may receive up to $700 or up to 50% of total eligible costs per charger. This is a first-come, first-served program and funding is available until fully allocated or until June 30, 2026.

Rancho Cucamonga Municipal Utility (RCMU) offers residential customers up to $500 for installing a Level 2 electric vehicle (EV) charger at their residence. Pre-approval is not required and customers can submit their application after installation has been completed, through June 30, 2027.

Rancho Cucamonga Municipal Utility (RCMU) offers commercial customers up to $5,000 for a dual-port Level 2 electric vehicle (EV) charger and/or $5,000 for a DC fast charger installation. Pre-approval is not required and customers can submit their application after installation has been completed, through June 30, 2027.

Union Rural Electric Cooperative in Ohio offers commercial customers a rebate of up to $250 per Level 2 EV charging station installed at a commercial property. Customers may apply for up to six (6) rebates per non-residential building/facility. Rebates are available on a first-come, first-served basis and applications are accepted for installed charging through June 30, 2026.

The Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) offers up to 50% of eligible project costs or up to $5,000 towards equipment and installation costs for Level 2 chargers. Eligible applicants include Maryland businesses, LLCs, incorporated non-profits, and state/local government entities. Chargers must be located in non-residential places of business and can be public or private; multifamily housing projects must be located in a common area. This is a first-come, first-served program with applications accepted until June 1, 2026, or until all funds are expended.
