Return Policy & Exchange Policy

DXL ensures a smooth return process for unworn, unlaundered merchandise in salable condition within 90 days of purchase, as long as it's accompanied by a valid receipt or packing slip. For returns using the prepaid return label, a $7.50 return postage fee will be deducted from the merchandise credit or refund. However, this fee is waived for damaged or defective items and exchange orders. Additionally, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an error occurred on DXL's part during the shipping process. Refunds for returned items will be issued in the original form of payment.
